Where do I start with Stress Away! This is probably my favorite, favorite. Okay, yes, I have a lot of favorites and this one tops the list. It is available in the Young Living starter kit and that’s a steal in itself! When I first started with essential oils about 4 years (wow!) ago it was not available in the kit. But it wasn’t long until I discovered it and quickly introduced it into my daily routine.
Stress Away is also a calming essential oil. But it is more of an inner peace and tranquility type of calm. It’s an oil blend that includes a unique combination of lime and vanilla. The aroma of the scent is so pleasant. You really have to smell it to understand. Yes, lavender is calming too but lavender puts me to sleep! Stress Away, is more of an uplift and unwind type of essential oil. Here are some of the ways I use Stress Away:
- Perfume
- Diffuse
- Roller
Yes, Stress Away is my perfume. I have a few essential oils I like to use as a perfume and this one is the most popular I use. Young Living sells this as a roller or I’ll put a roller filament on the bottle and I roll it on my wrists and neck and reapply throughout the day. The scent is one I can never get enough of!
When I diffuse Stress Away and make rollers with it I love to mix it with Peppermint essential oil. Peppermint is another essential oil favorite I’ll be sharing as well. The combination of Stress Away and Peppermint really adds to the uplift and unwind aroma and the scent of this mix is so refreshing and therapeutic. It really brings an uplifting energy that you have to try to understand. I used to think people were crazy when they describe oils this way and now I do!
